The Role
A one-of-its-kind VR company is looking to hire a Lead Instructional VR Designer as they explode into new markets. You'll lead the design of immersive learning experiences, combining instructional design expertise with a deep understanding of VR as a medium.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design of immersive VR learning experiences
- Define instructional design frameworks and standards
- Collaborate with 3D artists, developers and subject matter experts
- Conduct learner research and usability testing
- Mentor junior instructional designers
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in instructional design, ideally in immersive/VR
- Strong understanding of learning theory and adult learning principles
- Experience working with 3D or game-based learning environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative learning experience design
