What You'll Do
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Oversee brand, digital, content and campaign activity
- Work closely with the commercial and product teams
- Report on marketing performance to the board
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or VP of Marketing
- Strong track record of driving growth through marketing
- Experience across both brand and performance marketing
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Data-driven with strong commercial acumen
